There are many different thoughts, but you must choose ‘the best thoughts’ among all.
做一件事情时，有很多「做得好的方法」。
全都要仔细、细腻地看，再挑出「最适合的方法」来做。
In doing a certain thing, there are many ‘ways to make it good.’
You have to look closely at everything, including the fine details, and choose and employ ‘the most appropriate method.’
并非光是把事情做完就是做得好。
用＜最好的方法＞去做的人，才是做得好的人。
Just working does not mean that you have done well.
A person who has done the work in <the best way> is the one who has done well.
