<Doing things ahead of time> is ‘wisdom.’若遇到<定下的时机>，那时可能会发生［意料之外的其他事情］，所以要［提早去做］。
When <the appointed time> comes, ‘something unexpected’ could happen at that time. That is why you should get things done ‘ahead of time.’
