“喜悦”从何而来？

<喜悦>会从两个地方产生。
< JOY > is generated from two things.

第一，会从［外部］而来，是脑中产生脑内啡，如此感到喜悦。
First , when [something] comes from ‘outside’ ,
endorphin is produced in the brain ,and through that , joy comes.

第二，因为自己感到喜悦而兴奋地过生活，
所以会从［自己的脑中］制造出喜悦来享受。
Second, through a life of being joyful and sincerely thankful,
u create joy in ‘your brain’and enjoy it.
