因为有<想法的问题>,所以也会产生「行为的问题」, 但如果不知道这点,就会说: 「什么!你叫我要改变行为? 我根本无法做到那样。 我绝对做不到。」
不是「那行为本身」不可能, 事实上是「那头脑本身」让你觉得那不可能做到。
